“Joe Panzera provided a major remodel of our kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and bathrooms. Joe and his crew were hard working, efficient, friendly, flexible and on schedule. They even fixed things we didn’t even know were broken at no extra cost. The workers never disappeared to other jobs and we were consulted on every facet of the remodel, which turned out great! We were very happy and would recommend Joe to anyone looking for an honest, responsible and very skilled contractor.”

“We don’t remember what combination of good fortune brought Joe Panzera to our attention when we needed a contractor to renovate all of the public areas of our home. Joe started when he said he would and finished ahead of our hard deadline – in time for us to host extended family for Christmas. We can’t emphasize how much we appreciate the way Joe works with his crew and the homeowner. If we had a question, we always knew Joe was available. Everyday Joe was available to review progress and make any adjustments as needed. We were so thrilled with the outcome that we again contracted Joe to Update our porch and replace our roof. Now we are in the queue for a master bathroom update.
We hear stories of renovation nightmares from friends and family. We are grateful fates brought Joe to us. Couldn’t be happier with his honest, attention to detail, and humanity. It is fun to have Joe and his crew around. They have fun with each other and with us while working hard to help us realize our dreams.
Finally, we mention Joe’s Patience. He’s a great listener and took in all our ideas and helped us turn two sets of brain banter into a plan of action that left both of us thrilled with the outcome.”

"We bought a house in the spring of 2015, knowing that it would need a major facelift before it would feel like the home we wanted. A colleague had done a major house remodel the year prior, and recommended Joe Panzera for the job. After meeting with Joe and explaining what we wanted done, he gave us an itemized estimate and a time line for the job. Joe and his crew arrived on time and were here each day, as promised, to get the job finished. I noticed as the job progressed that Joe’s attention to detail is really good. He would notice small things and had his crew take care of various little fixes as a matter of course, insuring that the end result was of the quality we wanted. The project time line expanded slightly, but only because we expanded the scope of the work. For instance, we decided shortly into the renovation to replace the kitchen, and to have Joe move the gas fireplace insert in the living room. Joe took these changes in stride. As he says “it’s only a problem if you can’t fix it.” When we approached him with ideas, he was able to let us know how changes would impact our budget and made helpful suggestions. Even with the expanded scope of work, Joe handled everything deftly and we were still able to move in on time. The quality of work performed by Joe and his crew was greatly appreciated. We can recommend Joe without reservation to anyone who needs help with their home."
“Joe Panzera did the renovation of my 900 square foot town house. This entailed getting the entire downstairs which meant removing walls and previous structures and creating one large, open room. A living room was created in the front 1/3 with a custom kitchen taking up the remaining space. Creating the kitchen required enlargement of the then current kitchen window and building a large center island. The sink counter was covered in granite and the island was covered with butcher block. Due to the odd nooks and crannies of the town house, custom cabinetry was used for the kitchen, island and under stairs cupboards to maximize the storage space.
The 70’s bathroom was also gutted, removing a 3’x3’ fiberglass shower and moving the water heater to a new location. This enabled the entire back wall to be used for a new, completely tiled custom walk in shower. The upstairs loft didn’t require as much renovation, but was nicely tied in with the downstairs space. The entire renovation turned out beautifully.” –Carol
