“We don’t remember what combination of good fortune brought Joe Panzera to our attention when we needed a contractor to renovate all of the public areas of our home. Joe started when he said he would and finished ahead of our hard deadline – in time for us to host extended family for Christmas. We can’t emphasize how much we appreciate the way Joe works with his crew and the homeowner. If we had a question, we always knew Joe was available. Everyday Joe was available to review progress and make any adjustments as needed. We were so thrilled with the outcome that we again contracted Joe to Update our porch and replace our roof.
